I have been building my real estate business since 2009 I've seen every market cycle: pre-recession recovery, COVID chaos, the 2021-2022 frenzy, and today's higher-rate environment. I know how to navigate ALL of it., I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate big decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. 

Originally from Alaska, I’ve proudly called Pennsylvania home since 1990, raising my children here and building deep roots in Indiana County. That local knowledge, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows me to guide clients with insight that goes beyond the numbers.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of the industry. Property management. Residential and commercial leasing. Full-time residential and commercial sales. That broad background means I don’t just understand transactions. I understand the moving parts behind them, and how to anticipate challenges before they become problems.
