About Jennifer

Jennifer Gonda-English is an experienced real estate salesperson and Realtor with a proven record of success serving buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties in the Indiana County, Pennsylvania, market and surrounding areas. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor for nearly 25 years as well as a certified residential appraiser for more than 15 years.

Jennifer is a member of the West Penn Multi-List and Clearfield Jefferson Multi-List as well as a member of both the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR), qualifying her to use the Realtor designation in her communications and service to clients. Beyond her professional realty practice, she is actively involved in local real estate, personally rehabbing and reselling properties and managing high-quality family rental units. She is highly knowledgeable in conventional, FHA, VA , USDA and commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

Active in the local community, Jennifer devotes time and energies to a number of community organizations, including serving as a board member of Welcome to Indiana, a past board member of the Indiana County Conservation District and as a volunteer coordinator for the American Cancer Society’s local Road to Recovery program. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs—camping, biking, and traveling—and is an avid billiards player.
